She works with teams, executives and managers, across geographies and cultures, to develop and implement insightful solutions that build individual, team and organisational capability. Previously she was an assistant professor at New York University.

Ruth Malloy
Global managing director, leadership and talent, Hay Group
For the past 20 years, Ruth has helped Fortune 500 companies across a number of industries achieve their strategies through the assessment, development and alignment of their leadership and talent. Ruth is a recognised global expert who has published and presented in areas including intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence and women leaders. She has facilitated on-going research with globally recognised academics including Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis. Prior to undertaking her current position, Ruth led Hay Group’s leadership and talent direct business, which provides research-proven diagnostics, e-learning tools and on-line solutions to assess and develop leaders throughout the whole organisation.
