Where do I pick up my welcome pack and badge(s)? |

You can pick up your welcome pack and badge(s) at the registration desk in the Maritim Hotel Berlin, Stauffenbergstraße 26, 10785 Berlin which is open from Wednesday 23 May from 2pm onwards and throughout the conference. |

Can the invoice covering participation fees be issued in the local currency of the participants? |

As the conference takes place in Berlin, the invoice can only be issued in Euros. |

I need an invitation letter to get an entry visa to Germany. How do I get one? |

An invitation letter will be emailed to you once you have completed your registration form and hotel booking via the website. |

How much do conference tickets cost? |
| A: |
Single tickets are priced at €2,300 and you can benefit from our multi-buy discount giving you 10 per cent off any additional tickets. And we have an early bird offer, so if you complete your registration online by 29th February 2012 you will receive a further 10 per cent discount off the total price of your tickets.

What is the dress code for the social events? |

The welcome buffet reception on Wednesday evening is informal and the dress code is business wear.

Due to the different international rules and traditions concerning proper attire, Hay Group does not set a dress code for Thursday evening’s conference dinner. Ladies may wear either an evening dress or a cocktail dress. Gentlemen may wear black tie, a dark suit or jacket and tie. |

Can we bring children to the tour and social events? |

Our conference has been designed for adult participation and to provide an opportunity for delegates to network. We would therefore please request that delegates do not bring children under the age of 16 to any of the social events or to the guest tour. The hotel concierges will be happy to provide a babysitting service as required. Your co-operation would be much appreciated. |

How long is the taxi ride to and from the airport and how much does it cost? |

The Maritim is easy to access from Berlin’s major airports. Tegel airport is just 7km away (about 30 mins by taxi at €20/25) and Schonefeld airport is a 40 minute drive from the hotel (€30/35 by taxi). |

What is the currency in Germany? |

German currency is the Euro. You can change your money at the airport, use your credit card or get money from the ATM machine. |

Can I bring more than one accompanying guest? |
| A: |
Yes, you can bring a second accompanying guest, however only one guest can attend the conference free of charge. Your second guest will be charged the full ticket price (although they can also benefit from the early bird and multi-buy ticket discounts). Please note that children under the age of 16 are not admitted to the social events or to the tour. |
